Mission Opportunities
Prayer walking - you will be trained and will go out in small teams. Jeff Childers, coordinator
Children's Activities - games, Bible stories, activities. Shannon Fielder, coordinator
Senior Adult - visit, share Bibles, do crafts, other activities with seniors. Bill Allen, coordinator
Home Repairs/Painting - help paint a home or do small repairs. Larry Poff and Bobby Davis, coordinators
Medical/Dental Clinic - need Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Dentists, Dental Hygienists and Assistants. Coordinator TBD
Sports Camps (for youth) - help teach basketball, softball or baseball skills and interact with youth/children. Josh Swinea, coordinator
Evangelism Teams - Car Wash, Laundry, Food Distribution, Door to door, Haircuts, etc. Gary McKim, coordinator
Yard Work - raking, mowing, trimming. Vicki Fitterling, coordinator
Block Parties -(separate from Children's Activities) bounce houses, games, hot dogs, etc. Cheryl Toon, coordinator
Children's Fishing Derby - fishing with children at a local stocked pond. Jennifer Brimer, coordinator
Cowboy Ministry - This will be at Foothills Cowboy Church in Batesville. Glen & Rhonda McKay, coordinators
Movie Ministry - This will be at the Melba Theatre. Joe Shell, coordinator
We are in need of Site Leaders in all areas. A site leader will be the main point of contact for one site within a ministry area. They will assist the ministry coordinator in securing a site for that ministry. They will make sure they have all materials necessary for their site and coordinate the missionaries assigned to that site. Site leaders will also need to meet with the leadership team and ministry coordinators monthly beginning June 20th at 7pm at Compass Church located at 4440 Harrison, Batesville.

Age Guidelines: Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by their parent/guardian and work on the same team as their parent. Youth ages 13 to 17 must have one adult sponsor per 4 youth and at least one adult must serve with each youth team.
Schedule: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Everyone must meet at 8:30am for a brief orientation and schedule review time, and then we will immediately divide into teams for assignments. Lunch will be provided. Teams will stop working at 3:00pm and clean up and pack their sites and report back to the Kick-off site @ 4:00pm for a Celebration Rally. Everyone will be on the road @ 4:30pm.
Cost: $10. (This includes lunch. Special dietary needs not provided.) Make checks payable to ABSC or register with credit card. If housing is needed Friday night, you will need to arrange & pay for it. (Children under 8 - No Charge)
